What an experience! Zukunft Personal Europe 2024 is behind us, and we are still full of impressions and enthusiasm. From September 10 to 12, 2024, we were there with our stand H.04 in Hall 4.2 in Cologne, where everything revolved around the future of the world of work and the latest HR trends. So many interesting conversations, inspiring acquaintances, exciting presentations - and we were right in the middle of it all!
Our highlights at the trade fair

An unserem Stand haben wir die Chance genutzt, unsere neuesten Lösungen vorzustellen. Besonders gut kamen an:
- HELIX Recruiting: Thanks to dynamic campaign pages, application chatbot, pre- and onboarding and AI support, among other things, the module offers you everything you need for modern recruiting.
- Document generation: Fully digital processes, from the employee’s application, through the approval of all stakeholders, to the e-signature and subsequent archiving in the personnel file. Processes have never been as digital as they are today. More information?
The discussions were very exciting and we were really pleased with the positive feedback. It’s always nice to see that our ideas are in tune with the times.
2. inspiring presentations and sessions
The trade fair was packed with really good presentations. Our presentation on the topic “War for Talents is over. The applicants have won.” - Implications and effects for the design of recruiting processes."
3. networking at eye level
Trade fairs are always a perfect opportunity to meet new people. We exchanged ideas with many other exhibitors and visitors, made exciting new contacts and shared ideas. But it was also great to see our customers visiting our stand and seeing familiar faces again.
4. live demos with a wow effect
In addition to the cocktails, our live demos. were definitely a highlight at our stand. Many visitors took the opportunity to be introduced directly to our HR management software and have us explain the functions to them. Our conclusion? Zukunft Personal Europe 2024 was a real success! Not only were we able to present our innovations, but we also gained valuable insights into the latest developments in the HR sector. Above all, the positive feedback from visitors motivates us to continue working on exciting solutions for the working world of tomorrow.
