This is a strong indication of how much onboarding is currently preoccupying the HR world and how important it is to support new
employees in their new roles not only efficiently, but also in a humane and motivating way.
Christian’s presentation made it clear that successful onboarding means much more than just a structured start process.
It’s about building an emotional bridge between recruiting and everyday work—with clear processes,
authentic communication, and digital tools that really make it easier to get started.

Even off stage, our appearance at the Munich HR fair was a complete success. Our booth was well attended throughout,
with many reunions with existing customers, exciting new contacts, and lots of inspiring conversations.
The great interest in holistic HR solutions has once again shown how relevant integrated processes—from recruiting to employee retention—are today.
