A look behind the scenes
So much commitment, dedication and passion goes into the preparations. Over a period of three weeks, a large number of
our employees work from home so that our hard-working festival crew can completely clear out our office. It is always
impressive to see how quickly all rooms are completely emptied and temporarily stowed away in containers. However, due
to the completely overwhelming response to this event format, where we even had to introduce waiting lists, we had no
other choice. Yes, it is and remains quite a challenge to organize these events every year. Our emotions fluctuated
between anticipation, euphoria, sleep deprivation and the hope that everything would turn out as we had imagined.
Special thanks go to our fantastic Perbility crew. Thanks to their efforts, these events in 2023 turned out to be so
much better than we had imagined in advance. The team spirit is palpable for everyone present, not only before but
especially during the user festivals. That’s definitely something that sets us apart. #Community #BestCrew
Highlights from the User Festival 2023
Over 400 customers (!) took part in our Helix and geno.HR-PM User Festivals in 2023. A number of participants that
still gives us goosebumps today. We are very grateful for such valuable and wonderful days of professional exchange,
shared laughter, culinary enjoyment - especially our popular PerBIERlity and, of course, appreciative networking with
each other. THANK YOU to everyone who was a part of it!
