our Festival Insights 2025.

What. For. Two. Weeks. Our 2025 festivals in Bamberg were simply amazing – intense, inspiring and full of genuine encounters. For two weeks, everything revolved around exchange, knowledge, inspiration and customer focus, and we are still blown away by the energy that could be felt in our office.

From the office to the festival experience

Weeks before the start, it was already clear that this would be no ordinary event. Our office was remodelled, furniture was moved around, monitors were dismantled, and plenty of space was created for what was to come: ideas, people, conversations, and enthusiasm.

Within a very short time, our everyday workplace was transformed into a festival site – with lounges, barcamp zones, workshop rooms and plenty of space for inspiration. Our goal: to create a place where customers can not only listen, but also have their say, contribute their ideas and help shape the process.

In countless sessions, workshops and barcamps, we immersed ourselves in the world of our HR software HELIX together with you. You asked questions, contributed ideas, critically questioned and developed new perspectives with us. That’s exactly what makes the festival so special!

Because it wasn’t just about updates and features, but about the big picture: How do we want to rethink HR? How can we make everyday life easier for HR teams? And how can we work together to develop solutions that really make a difference?

This openness, your commitment and your honest feedback have motivated us incredibly.

Two weeks at full throttle – and every minute worth it

Our Bamberg office was barely recognisable during this time: full of people, conversations, laughter and ideas. We were working at full capacity – in the best possible way.

And the feedback? Simply overwhelming. Many of you told us how valuable the exchange was – in terms of content, human interaction and emotion. We are particularly pleased that our festival was not only informative, but also really fun and lively. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

What many people do not know is that these two weeks are preceded by months of preparation, enormous effort and, yes, a significant financial investment.

How much is genuine customer loyalty worth?

Our answer: A whole lot of passion, time and resources.

Because we firmly believe that genuine customer relationships need more than support tickets and emails. We want to promote open exchange, live transparency and give something back to our customers – space for encounters, discussion and co-creation.

The festivals are our way of saying thank you: Thank you for your trust, for your criticism, for your cooperation. Thank you for helping us make HR a little better every day.
