The Recruiting Days focused on a two-day training course with a high practical component. Our participants were able to
use our recruiting tool live, try out its functions and learn best practices for efficient applicant management – in a
practical, understandable way and with room for individual questions.
The direct exchange with our experts and among ourselves led to many exciting discussions, new perspectives and helpful
tips that can be directly integrated into everyday work.
Networking, exchange and joint conclusion
In addition to technical training, networking was also a key part of the event. Personal interaction – beyond the
screen – makes the Recruiting Days particularly valuable. The days were rounded off with a joint dinner and many
conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. It is precisely this mixture of learning, exchange and interaction that makes the
format so special.
