The first Recruiting Days were a successful introductory stunt

Normally, things work a little differently. Once a module has been commissioned, training is provided by one of our trainers, either live or via webinar. For Recruiting, however, we have come up with something special. We invited selected customers from 15 companies to Bamberg for two 1.5-day events. For training on the recruiting module with the opportunity to discuss possible challenges directly with like-minded people.

Our pilot customers were shown how they can easily master the current requirements in recruiting with our module:

Back to the question of whether the format works: The response was great. In addition to the training, there was plenty of opportunity for discussion among the participants. An innovative format for an innovative module.

For all users of the Recruiting module, we are now offering Recruiting Days in Bamberg almost every month. There we will train you intensively on recruiting together with other customers. You will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the other participants.
